This may accelerate as the effects of global warming are grimmer for areas warmer than here. Our '07 Riesling is currently drinking very well but, as usual, will cellar for those who like toasty aged riesling characters. The wine's fresh limey aromas and flavour, and gentle palate scored it a Gold Medal at last year's Cool Climate Wine Show."
